One important thing to remember when booking a cruise on a Grand Class cruise ship is that they carry 1950 passengers so they can give a more intimate feel than the larger ships with more passengers. The Sea Princess cruise ship spends her summers in Alaska and her winters in the Caribbean. Because the Sea Princess is a smaller vessel, she can fit through the Panama Canal with ease and you will find her making a few Panama Canal cruises each winter.
Most people that choose a smaller cruise ship are looking for the more intimate feel and  many Princess cruise weddings are performed on these ships. You will not find nearly so many children running around on the Sea Princess as you would on the Golden Princess. However, I do not recommend these smaller ships for families with younger children, as they may find very little activities suited to their age group in comparison with the larger ships that are more family friendly.

So if you are looking into getting hitched on the high seas, I highly recommend the Sea Princess cruise ship and her sister ships. You will find plenty of intimacy on these ships and mostly couples, so it will feel quite natural to be on your honeymoon on such a ship.
Just because the Sea Princess cruise ship is a bit smaller does not mean she slouches on amenities. You will find all the most common Princess amenities on these smaller ships. The Crown Grill and Sabotinis are offered for fine dining options as well as anytime dining. A full service casino is found on every Princess cruise ship. For fitness the Sea Princess boasts a full service gym and fitness room as well as their spa for relaxation.
A word of caution for those who are wheelchair bound, the Sea Princess as well as her sister ships will be very hard to maneuver aboard unless you are able to walk a few steps. Unfortunately these older and smaller ship do not give as much room as the larger cruise ships. No grab bars are available in the showers, and the elevators can be quite full of people and mobility scooters. The beds are rather low, so transferring someone from their chair to the bed and vice versa can be quite the chore. I am not trying to dissuade anyone from choosing the Sea Princess cruise ship, but neither do I want to lead anyone astray. So as long as you are able to get out of your chair under your own power, this should not prove to be a big problem, but if you cannot...you may want to take a look at a larger ship with more room for maneuvering, also the larger ships are far more accessible for everyone.
